You had multiple trophies that required you to make kills with specific weapons and skills like ' Neural Shock Specialist' and ' Sniper Expert,' with the main issue here being that your chosen character class was unable to use every type of biotic power in the game and, unlike in later games, had to be the specific character performing the skill for it to register. The main bulk of the trophy changes come into play with the Mass Effect trophies, mercifully sparing players from some of the hardest unlocks in the series. I know y'all didn't keep Kaidan alive and I am very disappointed in you. This is extra good news because Insanity on the original PS3 Mass Effect needed you to beat the whole game twice, once on Normal and one on Hardcore, to unlock.
All of the previous PS3 difficult-related trophies like ' Medal of Valor,' ' Insanity,' and the other ' Insanity' - BioWare really stopped trying with ME3, it seems - have all been moved into the Legendary Edition trophy list. The Mass Effect Legendary Edition trophy list is the only one that does not come with a platinum trophy, which is good news if you only care about the platinum and aren't fussed about having every game at 100%.
